Easy, and flavorsome Slow cooking utensil Chicken Marsala in a very garlic and mushroom marasla sauce!
Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- salt and pepper to style (I used concerning 1/2 teaspoon of each)
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup sweet Marsala preparation wine (may sub chicken stock in a very pinch)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- fresh parsley, roughly sliced
Instructions
Lightly greasy your slow cooking utensil with slippy spray. Season chicken with salt and pepper and place within the bottom of your slow cooking utensil.
Top chicken with garlic, mushrooms, and Marsala wine. cowl and cook for 5-6 hours on low.
Use a slotted spoon to transfer chicken to a plate. Whisk along water and starch til dissolved, then pour into slow cooking utensil and stir.
Add chicken back to slow cooking utensil, switch heat to high, cowl and cook another 20-30 minutes till sauce is thickened. style and add salt and pepper PRN. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
