SOUTHERN GREEN BEANS, BACON, AND POTATOES

Meet me again guys, how are you ?? I hope you still like cooking hobbies like me. Have a unique experience about cooking ?? whether your cooking yesterday was fantastic and fun, let us share our experiences together to enjoy each other.



This time I'm interested in a combination of bacon with beans and potatoes. This combination can create a feeling of harmony that is according to me but can not be according to you. Let's start right away, see the recipe below.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz bag of frozen green beans
  • 1 medium yellow onion chopped
  • 1 large jalapeno pepper chopped ( optional)
  • 1 lb bacon ends chopped
  • 1 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1 lb baby red potatoes cut in halves or quarters
  • 3 cups chicken broth.

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients into the slow cooker.
  • Turn the slow cooker on high.
  • Place the lid on top, and let cook for 4 hours.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Twice Baked Potato Casserole

Hello guys, this time I share something that is very popular among my friends, culinary lovers, namely Twice Baked Potato Casserole. The last few days this menu barely escaped their dining table, ohh yeah ... how special this food is, you're curious, let's go on ...

Previously I would like to tell you that to prepare this dish is quite troublesome, but it does not matter if you have made preparations the day before to fry bacon and fry potatoes. Maybe that's just a lightweight solution that I can offer. Then we discuss what is special about this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 7 medium red potatoes - baked
  • 1/4 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 c sour cream
  • 2 c mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 green onion, sliced

How to Make Twice Baked Potato Casserole

  1. Cut baked potatoes into 1 inch cubes. Place half in a greased 13 x 9 baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle with half the salt,pepper and bacon.
  3. Top with half the sour cream and then the cheeses. Repeat layers.
  4. Bake uncovered at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until cheeses are melted. Sprinkle with the sliced onion.
