Pepperoni Pizza Cheese Crisps

Hello guys come back with me who likes to write and likes to cook and try new recipes that I usually get from magazines, from snacks in restaurants and also from online media.

This time let's discuss the delicious pizza recipe. Yes cheese pizza is one of my family's favorite pizzas. I used to choose this menu when I bought it out there or via shipping. This time let's try making it yourself

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 12 approx 1-3/4" diam. pepperoni
• 1 1/2 teaspoon dry Italian seasoning

Instructions

1. Pre heat oven to 400 F degrees.
2. Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses to bowl.
3. Use kitchen shears to snip pepperonis into small bits (or dice with knife). Place in bowl.
4. Add Italian seasoning to bowl. Toss everything together until combined.
5. Line large baking sheet with a silicone baking sheet or parchment paper. Place generous 2 tablespoon piles of cheese mixture on liner, spreading out into thin circle shape.  Repeat with remaining cheese mixture leaving an inch between cheese piles. 
6. Bake for approximately 6 to 8 minutes in center rack. Watch closely, as edges start to brown, they can burn quickly. However, if you take out to early, cheese crisps will be soggy. Look for edges to be turning darker brown and remainder and center to be lightly browned before removing from oven.
7. Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes.
8. If desired, serve with favorite marinara for dipping.
9. Store leftovers in air-tight container on counter for up to 5 days.

Christmas Cookie pizza pie

Ingredients

• 1 pouch (about one7.5 oz.) cooky combine
• 1/4 cup HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Cocoa or HERSHEY'S Cocoa
• 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or oleo, softened
• 1 egg
• 1 tub (8 oz.) frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
• 1/2 cup HERSHEY'S Kitchens chocolate Chips
• 1 teaspoon shortening (do not use butter, margarine, unfold or oil)
• Assorted vacation sprinkles

DIRECTIONS

• 1. Heat kitchen appliance to 350° F. Line cooking utensil with parchment paper, extending paper a minimum of one in. on the far side sides and ends of pan.
• 2. Stir along cookie combine and cocoa in massive bowl till well mixed and no lumps stay. Add butter and egg; stir till soft dough forms (hand knead if necessary).
• 3. Press cookie dough equally into 10- to 12-inch circle on ready cooking utensil. Bake ten to twelve minutes or till wood choose inserted in center of cookie comes out clean. Cool utterly in pan on wire rack. Transfer cookie to serving platter or leave on cooking utensil.
• 4. Place chocolate chips and shortening in little microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) thirty seconds; stir. If necessary, microwave at MEDIUM a further ten seconds at a time, stirring once every heating, till chips square measure liquified and mixture is swish once stirred. Set aside.
• 5. high cooled cookie with whipped topping to at intervals 1/4 in. of edge. Drizzle with liquified chocolate and garnish with vacation sprinkles. remove slices and serve now. cowl and refrigerate leftover cookie pizza pie. Makes twelve servings.
