Ingredients
- 1 pouch (about one7.5 oz.) cooky combine
- 1/4 cup HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Cocoa or HERSHEY'S Cocoa
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or oleo, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 tub (8 oz.) frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
- 1/2 cup HERSHEY'S Kitchens chocolate Chips
- 1 teaspoon shortening (do not use butter, margarine, unfold or oil)
- Assorted vacation sprinkles
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Heat kitchen appliance to 350° F. Line cooking utensil with parchment paper, extending paper a minimum of one in. on the far side sides and ends of pan.
- 2. Stir along cookie combine and cocoa in massive bowl till well mixed and no lumps stay. Add butter and egg; stir till soft dough forms (hand knead if necessary).
- 3. Press cookie dough equally into 10- to 12-inch circle on ready cooking utensil. Bake ten to twelve minutes or till wood choose inserted in center of cookie comes out clean. Cool utterly in pan on wire rack. Transfer cookie to serving platter or leave on cooking utensil.
- 4. Place chocolate chips and shortening in little microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) thirty seconds; stir. If necessary, microwave at MEDIUM a further ten seconds at a time, stirring once every heating, till chips square measure liquified and mixture is swish once stirred. Set aside.
- 5. high cooled cookie with whipped topping to at intervals 1/4 in. of edge. Drizzle with liquified chocolate and garnish with vacation sprinkles. remove slices and serve now. cowl and refrigerate leftover cookie pizza pie. Makes twelve servings.
