Red Velvet Fudge
Ingredients
3 cups refined sugar3/4 cup 1-1/2 sticks butter
2/3 cup concentrate
1 - one2 ounce bag chocolate chips
1- seven ounce jar candy creme
2 tsp flavouring
1 cup dark chocolate chips
2 tbsp red gel food colour
Instructions
- Line a 9x9 pan with parchment & then spray with change of state spray- put aside
- In a medium bowl - mix dark chocolate chips - put aside
- Combine vanilla chips in mixer bowl In a massive stock pot mix sugar, butter, concentrate a rolling boil
- Continue to boil regarding 4-5 full minutes - transfer to 234 degrees on a thermometer
- Remover from heat & quickly pour this hot mixture over chocolate chips in mixer bowl
