Salted spread Breakfast Cookies

These healthy spread breakfast cookies area unit created with a mix of oats and quinoa flakes therefore they are high in supermolecule and fiber! And finished with a sprinkle of ocean salt flakes for additional flavor!




Ingredients

1 flax egg or chicken egg
1/2 cup creamy spread
1 banana mashed (or one/4 cup applesauce)
1 teaspoon flavourer
1/4 cup syrup
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup quinoa flakes or fast cookery oats
1 teaspoon leaven
1/4 teaspoon ocean salt
Maldon ocean salt flakes to garnish

Instructions

Preheat the kitchen appliance to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and put aside.
In a giant bowl, beat along the wet ingredients. Once swish and creamy, add within the dry ingredients and fold along to make a thick dough.
Scoop the dough onto the baking sheet and gently flatten together with your hands. Sprinkle with ocean salt flakes.
Bake on the center rack for twelve minutes. take away from the kitchen appliance, let sit on the pan for three - five minutes, then transfer the cookies to a wire rack to end cooling.
Enjoy these cookies as you head out the door within the morning or unfit during a cold glass of almond milk!
