Ingredients
For the Tacos:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
½ yellow or white onion, finely cut
½ teaspoons salt, divided
2 cloves garlic, finely minced or grated

For the Salsa:
2 large, sweet red apples (such as Fuji or Honeycrisp), finely cut
Juice of two limes

Instructions
