SMOKY SOUTHERN-STYLE meatless dish
Smoky and delicious meat free dish with a sour BBQ prime. created with black beans and chickpeas and a spicy do-it-yourself BBQ sauce. this is often one thing that even meat eaters can love!
Ingredients
- 1 one5 ounce will of chickpeas drain and reserve the bean liquid (aquafaba) for later - rinse the beans well
- 30 oz black beans Drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Bob's Red Mill protein Free Organic quaint oatmeal, thirty two Ounce">rolled oats coarsely ground in an exceedingly kitchen appliance
- 1 cup corn meal
- 3 tbsp liquid smoke
- ½ cup aquafaba chickpea liquid from the will
- 2 tsp vegetable oil or a pair of tbsp (30 ml) vegetable broth if you don’t cook with oil
- 1 giant yellow or white onion finely diced
- 1 tbsp dried Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp ground ocean salt or to style

- Worcestershire sauce we have a tendency to use Annie’s whole
- ½ cup low-sodium vegetable broth
- 1/3 cup of tomato ketchup
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
For the BBQ sauce:
- 1 cup spaghetti sauce
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup apple vinegar
- 1 tbsp dark sirup
- 1/4 cup refined sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper if you do not like spicy food omit this
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1 tbsp juice
- 1 pepper in dish sauce – take away the seeds the pepper is optional , this may create the sauce additional spicy, if you employ it certify to get rid of the seeds Note: do not add this if you do not like extremely spicy food.
- 1 tsp vegetable oil additional virgin
- 1 tbsp cilantro minced
- 1 tbsp starch and one/4 cup (60 ml) water - mixed along in an exceedingly tiny cup till dissolved
Instructions
- Preheat the kitchen appliance to 350° and line a 9” bread pan with parchment paper or grease the pan.

- Add the Worcestershire sauce , vegetable broth, and {ketchup|catsup|cetchup|tomato tomato ketchup|condiment} to the onions and stir till the ketchup dissolves. augment the bean mixture. Gently fold the ingredients till they’re well combined. Spoon into the bread pan and press the mixture till it's equally distributed throughout the pan, certify that the loaf ingredients area unit pushed into the corners of the pan.

Recipe Notes
