Our Christmas Chocolate Chip Cookies area unit a classic cookie in Christmas Red and inexperienced. What a delicious thanks to add some vacation fun to the Christmas course table!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup Softened Butter (Sweet Cream, Salted)
- 1 cup refined sugar
- 1/2 cup refined sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1 teaspoon hydrogen carbonate
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 3/4 cups of general-purpose Flour
- 1 Bag Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chips
- Wilton Color Right food colour System
- Mixer
- Cookie Sheets
- Food Scale
- Cookie Cooling Rack
DIRECTIONS:
- Cream the butter, refined sugar and refined sugar during a mixer.
- Add the eggs and vanilla and blend till downy.
- Add the hydrogen carbonate and salt and blend.
- Add the flour a small amount at a time and blend till it's utterly incorporated.
- Separate the cookie dough into 2 equal parts.
- Use food colour to paint one in all the parts red and one in all the parts inexperienced.
- Add chocolate chips to every portion.
- Create a a pair of oz. cookie dough balls.
- Slightly press the cookie ball down onto the cookware.
- Bake during a 375 degree kitchen appliance for 8-10 minutes or till golden brown round the edges.
