CHICKEN BACON RANCH CASSEROLE

Creamy, inferior and comforting! Loaded with Ranch chicken, home-cured alfredo sauce and bacon. is created sooner than time!




INGREDIENTS:


  • 4 slices bacon, diced
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs*, dig 1-inch chunks
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Ranch Seasoning and sauce combine, or more, to taste
  • 8 ounces rotini
  • 1 cup sliced cheese cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced cheddar
  • 2 tablespoons cut contemporary parsley leaves
  • FOR THE ALFREDO SAUCE
  • 2 tablespoons unseasoned butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cream, or more, to taste
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated cheese
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste


DIRECTIONS:



  • Preheat kitchen appliance to 375 degrees F. gently oil a 9×9 baking dish or coat with slippy spray.
  • To make the alfredo sauce, soften butter during a pan over medium heat. Add garlic, and cook, stirring ofttimes, till sweet-scented, regarding 1-2 minutes. step by step whisk in cream. Cook, whisking perpetually, till incorporated, regarding 1-2 minutes. Stir in cheese till slightly thickened, regarding 1-2 minutes. If the mixture is just too thick, add a lot of cream as needed; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Set aside.
  • Heat an outsized pan over medium high heat. Add bacon and cook till brown and tender, regarding 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat; reserving one tablespoon within the pan. Transfer bacon to a paper towel-lined plate.
  • In a gallon size Ziploc bag, add chicken, one tablespoon vegetable oil and Ranch Seasoning, shaking to coat totally. Add chicken to the pan and cook, flipping once, till au gratin through, regarding 2-3 minutes on every side; put aside.
  • In a massive pot of boiling preserved water, cook food in keeping with package instructions; drain well.
  • Add food to the ready baking dish and layer with chicken and alfredo sauce; sprinkle with cheeses and bacon. Place into kitchen appliance and bake till bubbly and heated through, regarding 15-20 minutes.
  • Serve instantly, fancy with parsley, if desired.


NOTES:

*Boneless, skinless chicken breasts is substituted.
