INGREDIENTS
Ingredients- 8 oz low fat cheese
- ⅛ cup buffalo sauce
- 2 cups grilled and sliced chicken
- 12 little flour tortillas (low carb)
SAUCE:
- Fat free Ranch Dressing
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat kitchen appliance to 425 degrees F.
- Mix cheese and buffalo sauce till well combined.
- Stir in chicken till well combined.
- Place 2-3 Tablespoons of mixture unfold into a skinny line onto center of flour griddlecake.
- Place on gently lubricated cooking utensil and repeat for remaining taquitos.
- Once taquitos square measure organized on cooking utensil, gently spray the crack with change of state spray.
- Bake at 425 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or till taquitos square measure golden brown.
NOTES
- Recipe tailored from cook in coaching
- I sprayed the tortillas with change of state spray and baked in an exceedingly 375 degree kitchen appliance. Then I turned the kitchen appliance on to broil to brown them a small amount. conjointly missed bleu dressing within the taquitos and used reduced fat ranch for dipping.
- Use a coffee carb griddlecake for these.
- 1 whole taquito is 4 points. The picture shows them cut in half.
