INGREDIENTS
- 1 package VeeTee eat in Microwaveable rice
- 2 cups cos lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup corn (thawed if frozen)
- 1/4 cup condiment
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, finely shredded
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook rice in keeping with package directions.
- Add lettuce to a bowl or a lunch instrumentation. prime with 1/2 cup rice, black beans, bell pepper, corn, salsa, cilantro, and juice.
