VEGAN BURRITO BOWL


This vegetarian dish Bowl is packed with flavor and straightforward to form at home! simply wholesome ingredients like vegetables, rice and beans. And guac! (gluten-free)


INGREDIENTS


  • 1 package VeeTee eat in Microwaveable rice
  • 2 cups cos lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup corn (thawed if frozen)
  • 1/4 cup condiment
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, finely shredded
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Cook rice in keeping with package directions.
  2. Add lettuce to a bowl or a lunch instrumentation. prime with 1/2 cup rice, black beans, bell pepper, corn, salsa, cilantro, and juice.
  3. In a little bowl, add avocado, garlic power, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mash till swish. Scoop on prime of dish bow
