Skillet Shrimp Fajitas


Ingredients


  • 1 one/2 pounds of shrimp raw and deveined, tails removed patted dry
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced skinny
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced skinny
  • 1 orange bell pepper sliced skinny
  • 1 tiny Spanish onion sliced skinny
  • 1 one/2 tablespoons of additional virgin oil divided
  • 1 teaspoon of kosher salt
  • several turns of freshly ground pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of flavorer
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon of preserved paprika
  • lime
  • fresh cilantro for garnish
  • tortillas, warmed

Instructions


  1. In a tiny bowl, mix salt, pepper, flavorer, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin and preserved paprika.
