INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup benni seeds
- 2 tsp. minced cilantro
- 1/2 cup salad dressing
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. ground mustard
- 1 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, dig 1-inch cubes
- 2-4 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Honey-Mustard Sauce:
- 1/2 cup salad dressing
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1 1/2 tsp. city mustard
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a medium bowl, mix the bread crumbs, benni seeds and cilantro; put aside.
- In a tiny bowl, mix the salad dressing, onion powder, and mustard.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper and coat in salad dressing mixture; then increase crumb mixture, a couple of items at a time, turning to coat.
- In a massive pan, saute the chicken on medium heat in oil in batches till juices run clear, regarding 4-5 minutes on all sides. Add further oil pro re nata.
HONEY-MUSTARD SAUCE:
In a tiny bowl, mix the sauce ingredients. Serve with chicken.
