PRINTA damp and soft cookie that's excellent for the holidays! They very ar DELICIOUS!
Ingredients
- 2¼ cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 Tablespoons sugarless chocolate
- 2 teaspoons leavening
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces cheese, softened
- 4 Tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 Tablespoon red liquid food colour
- ½ cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, leavening and salt and put aside.
- In a giant bowl, cream the butter and cheese along till swish. drill in the egg and therefore the food colour.
- Add the dry ingredients to the cream cheese/butter mixture and blend till dough forms.
- Cover bowl with cling film and let chill for regarding two hours.
- When able to bake, heat up the kitchen appliance to 350 degrees F.
- Place granulated sugar in a very little bowl.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and so roll every ball in granulated sugar. Place on a lubricated cooking utensil or one lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes and let cookies cool fully on cooling wrack.
- Store cookies in air-tight instrumentation for up to three days.
