Cranberry oleoresin roast Chicken
INGREDIENTS
2.5 lbs chicken thighs or breasts, with skin on (around four to six chicken thighs or breast) See notes for lower fat possibility
fresh thyme
a sprinkle of dried Italian herbs (optional)
1/3 cup to 1/2 cup recent cranberries (or antecedently frozen)
1 tbsp every sirup and oleoresin vinegar mixed along to coat chicken throughout cooking
For the Marinade:
1/3 cup cranberries
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp protein free tamari sauce or coconut aminos (optional)
2 tbsp sirup
1/4 cup oleoresin vinegar
1/4 tsp ocean salt
1/4 tsp black peppers
2 garlic cloves (or one tsp minced)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Clean your chicken, then place during a cooking or baking dish. Set aside.
- Make the oleoresin Chicken Marinade:
- Blend all the oleoresin chicken marinade ingredients listed higher than during a kitchen appliance or liquidizer till liquified and swish.
- Pour marinade over the chicken thighs, coating equally.
